A 2006-present anime series, mainly about ghosts. Specifically, the show
concerns a teenager accidentally recruited into a military order of
shinigami, Grim Reaper-like figures based in the “Soul Society”
(i.e., afterlife.) — see
here for
more infos.

The flag of the Seireitei, the walled-city HQ of the order
(or more likely of the order itself, or even of the Soul Society),
appears in ep. 118 of the
series, and is white and vertical with a black-outline rhombus, with
its corners blacked in — identical to the badges of the
thirteen squads of the order,
but without an ordinal number inside the rhombus.

The same flag occurs again in the 2006 animated film adaptation of the
series, Bleach: Memories of Nobody, behind the throne of the Soul
Reapers’ Captain-General at a frontline command post. This time it is
flanked on either side by two other flags,
Kidōshū
and Onmitsukidō, both hung slightly lower
than it (presumably the flags’ presence there
means that the two units were in action.).

According to a fan
wiki, this is the symbol of the Kidō Corps
(Kidōshū), a branch of the Soul Society’s
military that specializes in kidō (essentially, magic).

According to a fan
wiki, this is the symbol of the Stealth Force (Onmitsukidō),
a kind of special forces and secret police.
